EVFM Welcomes - Local Schools, DJ Long John and Ivy Love - Saturday, October 30th

EVFM is geared up for an exciting weekend of celebrating a 'green' Halloween with the music of DJ Long John and Ivy Love Music. Local schools will be joining us to take the Eat Green on Halloween Pledge led by principals hoping to win a campus visit from representatives of Long Beach's green community including our very own farmer's market.

DJ LONG JOHN

IVY LOVE MUSIC

DJ Long John of independent arts collective Smash Famous will be on the 1's and 2's with a special mix of great grooves and the occasional spooky voice over. Also, in a post poned (due to rain) performance, the one and only Ivy Love will be on hand adding her special brand of loveliness to the market this Saturday.

EVFM Welcomes - Ivy Love Music - Saturday, October 23rd

EVFM welcomes you to join The Love Tribe led by Ivy Love Music who will be our guest performer at the market this weekend. Ivy is a vocalist boldly dabbling across genres from mellow downtempo groove to her sultry interpretation of hip hop. A sampling of Ivy's softer (PG) works and others meant for mature audiences are available on her website. Join us Saturday for a full course of Meeting of The Minds, If You Love Me and other family friendly songs performed by Ivy.

EVFM has invited recent Pepsi Refresh Grant Winners, The Credo Chamber Music Project to perform this weekend. If scheduling permits, we will be treated to a youthfully exhilirating musical experience led by students aged 13 to 22 years old performing world class music with gusto and applied skill. Prepare yourself for what might be by visiting the Credo website before you make your way down the market this Saturday.
